Corbin seat for Concours 14

I got mine in less than two weeks. The heater switch is not as bad as I had worried. I'll paint it black if it bothers me.

Yes, it is 2 separate seats. Here's the Corbin seat (well...seats) on mine....oh and it took 4 months to arrive!!

I am quite disappointed at my (non) experience of Corbin's customer service!

I've planned a trip in early May, should cover probably 4000kms... so, in early March I got onto their website, loved the smuggler/single seat combination (despite what most of you guys thought )... so sent them an email... then realised there was an Australian distributor listed on their site too... so sent them an email as well... hopeful I'd get them ordered and in within 2 months maybe?

waited.. waited... sent a follow up emails to both... waited, waited some more and dropped the idea... obviously too hard for some folk.

pity, was so looking forward to them!!!!
I've had prompt replies from all of my other farkle queries and got all excited at the idea of the seat/smuggler...

Pete get hold of a ZZR1400 seat and send it to Russell. http://www.day-long.com
Costs a little more but their seats are The Canine Danglies.
Corbins are like rock and unless ya have a Corbin shaped butt you will hate it.
Russell's turnaround isn't fast but it's worth the wait.
I need to get some pics of mine posted on here. Watch this space.
