battery tender anyone?
I want to use my Battery Doc tender with the GTR as I have used it with my previous BMW's. I don't want to do the pigtail thing but would rather use the blanked off accessory port on the left side cocpit to simply plug in the cigarette style adapter and tend away. My dealer still says that the part numbers to get another socket are still non-existent. Of course, as has been noted the right side acc port cannot be used to tend the battery in it's stock config. I rather get this done before Zumo, heated grips or any other electric powered additions. Has anyone been able to locate the extra socket and wire it yet?
