Not really posed much but need some advice.....

Needing to finance a project and i was thinking of selling my bike, did look at the log book loan idea but its just not worth it, as everybody keeps telling me its a hard bike to sell on, to much money or to new or any other excuse it seems not to make me a good firm offer.

i cannot fault it had such good times on it but i have nothing else to bring in the cash i need to finish off a dream i have been doing for the past year which all my money is sunk into and it needs to be completed so i can get my return in the long term.

so this is not a for sale post more a advice on where i am best placeing a for sale advert or possibly finding a place that takes bikes in for a good return, if you know of anything please give me a reply.

know i have not posted much but this bike and this site have got me through some bad times and some great times, advice on here has been 100% and i have learnt more about this bike from this site than any garage it has been to.

all the best

biketrader

biketrader is probably your best bet,or you could put it on ebay with a decent reserve.Iv had mine a month done 800 miles not even run her in and decided today its not the bike for me i want £10,000 but im not sure il get that even with the few extras fitted, but i think those places are your best shot....

Ebay, some local shops work consignment deals, classifieds in the newspaper. I don't know if there is Cycletrader or something like Craigslist in Europe, but if there is, those would be good places to look as well.

Raffle it off? sell tickets for ten twenty quid? make your dosh and pick a winning number, seriously though in todays economic climate it's not the best time to be selling certain things.
