I received this bracket this morning from my local kawasaki dealer. I have no idea what its for or what im supposed to do with it. Has anyone received anything like this bracket? What is it for and where am it supposed to put it on the bike.

Thats the rear brake bracket as the outlined in the latest recall. Take it and your bike to the dealers and have them fit it.

That's pretty cool that they would send it to you for the recall. A little weird that they wouldn't have included an explanation.

Well that's a first...Having to do our own recall work. I can't believe that your dealer would even think of sending you the recall part!!!

I know it may be quite a simple job to fit it yourself but Greko, you really should take it back to your dealer and have THEM fit it. It is a safety recall and if your rear brake should fail after YOU fit it then you will have no recourse with Kawasaki.
