I know that the old Connies have a big loyal following, yadda-yadda, but I'm sorry, that old clunker was outdated even over a decade ago... even longer than that, quite frankly.

Still, it serves a big niche, and if the owners enjoy riding older, dated technology, that's cool; more power to 'em. Too, this old bike does the job for those without a lot of disposible income. At least they're riding....

Personally, I am not necessarily seeing a massive jump to this bike by the die-hard, frugal, old-school Connie drivers. Particularly when they see the $13K+ price tag....

Definitly have to say that the 2007 is WAY much better lookn' than the 2001...
