My rear monitor was non-functioning when I bought it. According to my dealer, it's under warranty. (the standard warranty, I believe, is 12 months, 12K miles)
The dealer has warned me that it's like a 3+ hour job to remove the wheel, remove the tire, remove the sensor, connect the bikes computer to the service computer, attempt to re-register the code from the monitor, and if that fails, install a new one.
It also appears that some non-Kawasaki dealers are damaging the sensor when changing tires because they don't know about it.
Finally, one of my key fobs bit the dust the other night. Finished installing the Audiovox CC, took it out for a test ride, left the fob in the garage for about an hour, and PRESTO- it stopped working.
Oh well, it's all going to the dealer this Saturday for work anyhow.

I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I prefer you say thank you and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you pick up a weapon and walk a post. Either way, I don't give a goddamn fuck what you think you’re entitled to!
