Air Filter
Anyone notice the service book says to change it after a rain ride. I just changed mine out of curiosity at 7 thousand miles. Only had one 200mile rain ride on that filter at around 3k miles ago. I wonder how wet it got from the Ram effect. Only reason I checked it now was, did a bit of back roads last weekend that were covered with storm remnants and dust behind several bikes. Yes, It was that much trash in the road. The filter was only about half dirty when I removed it. Yet, along way from the 30,000 miles recommended by the service book. I think 15K miles would be a safer number. If, you don't take a wet trip. Then, I don't know what to say..........
