Fly removal

In anticipation of summer, I know that fly removal is a job I am going to have to do. Has anyone got a really good way of doing this? There's all this talk of taking the tank off or not and having the tank empty and using a JIZ screwdriver. Can't I just use a bucket full of hot soapy water to remove the squashed little bodies from the screen?

TWD..

This could be an altenative to removing the flys..

Do it by electronics, I did it today and the hop up in torque in the bottom gears at low revs and throttle response is gobsmacking..

And if you are a cheapskate like me £80 and 45 mins against £300 plus for a PC111 2 hours for tank off etc and no need to buy Jiz tools has got to be worth thiking about.

If there is enough room in the Ace cafe car park next week you can give it a try..

The Gi-pro.. http://www.bikersdiscountstore.co.uk...Rev_Light.html

The only down side so far is that the bikes gear indicator shows only the gear for the "map" you are useing.. plus neutral..

But that said the Gi-pro's gear indicator is bright and clear and won't disappear when you get the low fuel warning :-)

If you get to the Ace I should be easy to spot.. look out for the Skelly leathers
