Bottom line I do not recommend buying anything from them, their customer service for lack of better words bites. Over a month with no proper feedback for one part unacceptable.
Once again another day has gone by with numerous phone calls and email trying to get a status on the smoothie panels I originally order on 7 April 2009 which I had to send back due to the color (candy plasma blue) not matching my bike. Your company received this item back and I was told via email that it would be shipped the next day repainted, a week later I still do not have my product. Nor do I know the status.
