Ok I bought a windscreen from this web site exoticsportbike.com They said the order status was good,so I waited and waited,no screen! On the 10th day of the order i checked my order status and it said awaiting response and im like huh! I called and they said they sent me an email,wrong,no they didnt so when i talked to the lady on the phone she said customer service would resend the email, that was at noon,by the next day still no email and when i called them back to see why not, no one answered. I called my credit card company and had to get them to cancel the order which thanks hsbc gave me no hassle and did for me. Dont use EXOTICSPORTBIKE.COM

I just wanted to share what I am going through with Exoticsportbike.com to get my them to credit back the charges they placed on my credit card for an item I ordered that is out of stock and discontinued.


03/17/09, I ordered a Hugger for a ZX7R from Exoticsportbike.com

03/20/09, Exotic emails me the hugger is out of stock and discontinued.

03/26/09, I discoverd Exotic charged my credit card. I call them and they
state I have to respond to the email they sent me. I respond
staing to credit my card back.

03/30/09, I email them and also called them. They now state that they will
email me a cancellation authorization request form and fax it back
to them. I read the form and it states theres a 20% cancellation
fee amongst other things. I call them back and ask them why
should I fill this form out... I'm not cancelling the order, you can't
fill it. If I sign the form it makes me seem like I am the one
cancelling the order and subject to the 20% cancellation fee..
They respond stating.. Just cross out the 20% part.

I call my credit card company and place a dispute. They tell me to
fax them back the form with the 20% crossed out. they also are
putting the charge aside so I don't pay any finance charge on it
while they investigate the dispute.

Well I checked Exoticsportbike.com on the Better Business Bureau's website and discovered that they have an "F" rating... The Worst rating possibe! So beware when dealing with them...

Im a vendor here on ZXFORUMS our site is STDREAMS.COM... Im sorry to here you guys are having such a problem. Im telling you from a vendors stand point that it isnt that hard to issue a refund... At least not for us... Also wanted to add that if your still in need of that screen Ive got what your looking for...
