Just registered today. I have a 2001 Kaw' ZX9. Had it about a year, currently it is Candy Lime Green with all chrome accessories. Going with a different color scheme in the offseason, looking for ideas and up grade options.
Current upgrades:
6" extension
D&D Exhaust
Lowered 2" front and rear
-1/+2 gear ratio change
Any suggestions to performance?

This is my second bike and my first Kawasaki, so i hope you can help me enjoy it.

I´ve been doing some things on it like repairing a lots of details, but it is almost ready!!!

OLD Newbie

Hello All,

Just picked up an '85' 600. It seems to run very well, but it needs a lot of cosmetics, so no pics yet (it's just too darn ugly right now).

Have had a ton of bikes (the first being a 65cc Harley), but mostly dirt and enduros (Last was a XR650L), so this is my first sport bike.

I'll try to keep a library of pics as the work progresses on this beast.

We'll see if you CAN teach an old dog new tricks :)

Greeting from Spain

Hi there!!

This is my first post in this forum, just to introduce myself. I've discover it looking for a exhaust bracket for my new Kawa on google.

I'm 33 and live in Spain. Hope not bothering you with my poor english

I have a racing school here and recently I've sold my GSX-R 1000 K3 and buy the new ZX6R 09, which I'm fitting some accesories to use it on track (but after 4-5 years, will use it both on road and track).

I'm near to finish the ¿breaking-in? period and i've fit some italian parts I distribute in Spain (www.evotech-rc.es) for example, porta targa, wheel stripes, frame sliders and some bolts.

Here you have some pictures:

My "ancient" Suzuki and me on track:

My new Kawa on the garage:

On the Road:

Kawa's eye:

I'm going to fit some pieces:

Fiberglass fairing
Ermax Racing screen
Mivv Suono exhausts with akrapovic ¿catalyzer remover?
Goodridge brake hoses
Rapid trottle command

I was thinking on putting a Brembo radial master cilinder but the stock one seems to work good, so will see..

I hope to learn a lot about you and your way you use your bikes and will try to contribute as much as I can. I need to improve my english and learn a lot of technical vocabulary but hope will be enough for you to understand me.

See you!!

Talking

Yo

Not too sure if this is the Ninja forum-site for me, since I noticed all the specific-model forums, but nothing concerning the ZX600-F... But I'll give it a shot.

Anyway, I currently drive a Ford ZX2 (as described in my signature), and this is going to be my first bike. I've not gotten it yet (pending funding stuff to finish), but all things are on track and I should have it probably some time the middle of next week.

I'm getting a 1996 Kawasaki Ninja ZX600-F with 14k miles on it and a Yoshimura RS-3 pipe. Pretty much stock otherwise. Well-maintained, practically new chain and sprockets, shocks are in perfect condition, tires are good, all around a good bike.

So.. um, yeah.. Hi!
