Never online, but I did file a claim with them a few years ago when I had a fight with an Accord. They were pretty prompt but my rates doubled after that.

This isn't exactly what you're looking for but my daughter has Progressive on her car. When she got in an accident all she had to do was bring her car to a claims center, they gave an estimate, gave her a rental, took her car and did everything. Got a call back saying the car was finished early and it was sitting back at the claims center for her to pick up. Very EZ.

Can't tell you about progressive but it took State Farm about a week and a half to 2 weeks after my car wreck before I got the news that it was totalled. And you got to rememebr most insurance companies don't do inspections on the weekend. So if you are worrying about it I wouldnt jsut yet. Give it a couple more days.

well i havent heard much about the bike yet, but when you have full coverage with them you automatically get $3000 in accessory coverage! So im getting a brand new nicer helmet, jacket, riding pants, and riding boots, and gloves.....plus a new bike! SWEET

That is one nice perk of theirs. My parents have progressive on their bikes and they were telling me about that. Unfortunately Progressive wanted about 4000 bucks a year for insurance and state farm only wanted about 700 so I am sure you can guess where I took my insurance business
