Servo Eliminator
So as a few of you know I just installed an Akrapovic slip on. The issue is I installed the servo eliminator and when I turn the key on it makes its full rotation just like it used to but then after it makes its rotation it acts like it is catching on something and it for a lack of a better word shakes back and forth. Now I know it won't cause any issues with the bike since I eliminated that valve but does anybody have any ideas as to how to fix this issue because it is rather loud. One last thing it isn't throwing the FI light. Any help would be appreciated

Yes it does. And the FI light isnt coming off. I think it may have just needed to get seated right. I went with a group of guys last night and we went for a ride. We stopped a couple of times and when I started it back up I didnt here the servo motor freaking out like it had so I am guessing it was just some random thing.

You may have to adjust the position of the eliminator a little bit.

I mate! just fitted a scorpion exhaust to my zx636 cf6 model and it dose exactly the same thing but when the bikes is started it stops clicking! if you read my tread in the zx6r post under exhaust eliminater you can read all of the question I wrote and may be why it clicks! am sure this is ok because it settles down when the engine is running but am sure some one with more experience with this servo eliminator will reply and give a explanation!

as far as I know you can not adjust the eliminator, it goes on only the one way it can not be put on the wrong way! so this is not adjustable! its a simple case of removing the original pully wheel and replacing the eliminator theres slots so it will only go on the servo shaft the one way!

If it wasn't sitting right though and you turned the bike on to rotate the motor it could be that it just wasn't positioned in the right place.

fair comment! but I did not turn the ignition on untill I fitted the eliminator so it should be in the correct position! do you agree with that! so I did not start the bike or turn the ignition on I just fitted the scorpion exhaust and removed the original pully wheel and cables then fitted the eliminator in the excact position the origianal pully came off! so it should be in the correct postion!

I wasn't knocking your mechanical abilities at all. I was simply trying to offer my opinion on what might have been meant. Sorry if it got taken the wrong way
