Not my style. I kinda thought they were cool when they came out, but mainly because I thought it was funny. Nowadays, not so much. I rode behind a guy that had one and I shit you not, in the 5 miles I was behind him, he checked to make sure it was still there 10 times.
By the way, no jacket, no gloves, passed me doing about 130mph so that he could slow down and check his mohawk a million times.

Not true, some do and some don't. Those that have the mohawk are just more easily identified as being squidley.

I would think the lack of a helmet would be the fastest identification of a squid?

I always thought of them as being push brooms so that when they crash, they can sweep up the debris as they go.

I was thinking L.S.O.G (Lesbian Squids on Gixxers).
Honestly, the only ones I have actually seen were worn by some very MANLY women! I apologize for sterotyping manly women everywhere

Saw a good one last night...instead of the mohawk, some dude drilled about 10 holes in the top of his helmet and added spikes to it. Now his helmet is just about useless...but at least it looks cool!
