Ortega/Banner Canyon Group Ride
11/8.

This is ride down Ortega Canyon; then once we hit Lake Elsinore we bail out to Banner Canyon then up through Julian. The SD heads will need to be the route leaders.

If everyone agrees with that route, we can do the same meet spot when we hit this route last time.

Then LA/OC & SD folks meet at the Chevron (meet @ 9:15-9:30)

just an update:

I pulled the carbs off the bike, can't get at the jets because the float bowl covers are attached with JIS phillips head screws that require a special screw driver Dang Japanese gotta be different than the rest of the world

I'm gonna call Lee's Cycles or Privateer Garage and see if they'll loosen them up for me if I take it in, crossing fingers. Really wanna make this ride.

ok soooo most of the ppl here in SD that I ride with declare this ride "too long" for them. So SD will most likely be rolling thin....jongun are you going?

just got back from test riding after putting everything back together, idle's a little funky but the hesitation is gone so I'm a go at this point. I'll be at the Chevron on PCH just south of the 76 until 8:45AM if you want to ride up together.

yes, you make a left off the freeway and then a left on Coast Highway and it's on your right about a block down, corner of PCH and Surf Rider Way.
