Hey y'all!
Had to take care of some non-bike life issues last couple days but worked on the bike all day today, brakes are good and did a coolant change too (Maxima Coolonol)
I'll be at the Chevron 8am Saturday

Glad to see you made it over, Bonnie. Eric & Ray; whose going on the Ortega run, are good peeps; along with a gang of others that will chime in eventually. You should try to roll with them this weekend. If you went, you could possibly meet up with Ray, since he's in the Valley like me. With my bike in the shop, I'm going to be a no show. There may be some San Diego heads that may chime in though.
Ray is the man in regard to Malibu Canyon and surrounding areas, Eric has done the GMR & Big Bear routes a few times. Nick & Dylan (from SD) are the usually POC guides for Palomar, Banner Canyon and whatever other spots out that away.
...then we kinda all cruise in between.
There are few spots we have yet to hit up in a large group, like Angeles Crest.
In any event, there are plenty of folks up in here to get your roll on with. I few us hit up bike nights periodically as well.

Good to know! Man, I am going to miss Palomar. I've ridden that mountain at least 1000 times.

Went last year and it was alright. I was able to get in on some of the footage of Jason Britton's show. I was standing near the military guy that had Tony wear his helmet. I had the green t-shirt with a white logo in the middle standing along the cement barrier.  |

Did you guys see that the XDL is intermingled with Nascar? I'm confused. It looks like some of it starts @ 1:30 and then there is some other part that is after 7:00PM and it's in between Nascar races.
Maybe it's the finals that is later. In any event, I'm not into that! I thought it was going to be it's own exclusive show. I guess I'll be watching UFC!
