XDL Round 3
Figured I'd post it up early.
The 3rd of the XDL Championship is coming up next month in Irwindale.

Thanks.

I scraped the toes of sidis and scraped the knee pucks. I wasn't even dragging knee either. Just felt like posting. How's everyone doing? How's Walleed and Alex?

I was scraping toes on turns off of banner before I went off the side of banner and that's how I scraped my knee pucks. I tried to make a funny one. So whats up with your bike pat? Are you having mods put on to it right now?

I was wondering about that, Brian.
In regard to the bike...procrastination reigns at the moment.
I had my bike towed to my friend's shop the day after my flat. I figured since I had to replace my tires (with my new Metzeler Sportec-M1's sitting in my garage) I'd go ahead and strip everything down to get my wheels powder coated; along with a few other parts before I installed all the new mods.
That shit is on the slow track and I have to keep on them to strip and get everything polished before it even goes to powder coat.
So..this is what is being powder coated:
Wheels
Exhaust flange to my new Two Bros M2
Gilles Tooling Rear Sets
Gilles Tooling Passenger Pegs
Collars to my Driven Alumitech Grips
My spikes for the bar ends, spools, windscreen and fairing bolts
Replacement keyless gas lid
Both front & rear brake reservoir caps
Oil cap
Ignition Collar
...and a slew of misc bolts.
After all that is done, and when I get ready to put the wheels back on...then I have the following to put on.
ASV Levers
Watsen Design front LED turn signals
Galfer front & rear rotors
Galfer front & rear pads
Spiegler Lines
Vortec sprocket (plus 1)
Drive Systems front sprocket (stock teeth)
Jet Kit
Ignition Advancer
Replacement set of rear view mirrors with signals (my current ones are whacked out)
Seats recovered with the Luimoto carbon fiber synthetic leather covers.
...and lastly my new tires.
Basically, it is gonna take a bit to get everything done.

Damn Pat sounds like your bike will be a brand new bike again. Good luck with all the mods. Hope to see it on the next ride, whenever that's gonna be.

i hit up palomar today, just went solo. it was a lot of fun that road is somewhat crazy at points tho. there are a lot of decreasing radius turns which are scary if you go too hot. almost lost it a few times but overall a great ride.
here are some pictures from today. thanks to rick clemson photography he does great work. wish i had the funds to buy the full sized images off of him :(

nice pics, Dylan, maybe you should put on smoked signal markers and murder the bike out
went up there for the first time a couple weeks ago myself, nearly peed in my pants the first couple turns. The second time I was a lot smoother, hopefully I get faster (~40 mph around the bends at the moment). Also was amazed at how much you can lean the bike over
