I attempted to record some video yesterday but my batteries kept dying on me so I only got one 8 minute chunk of video out of the whole day. Oddly enough Alex on his bike is in frame the entire time.
So I made a tribute video out of it...no editing, no music...just the last ride

Alex man, glad to hear that youre ok though for sure!!!!! Glad you could get up. To the site of your baby in flames is never a good site at all though. Man, just, wow...like everyone else said. Wow is the only thing that I can really think to say though...wow... Just really glad youre ok (even rashed up a bit). Youre still breathing, talking and walking. Were all thankful for that. Youre ok and thats the important thing.

Hey guys I just went on a ride today with a local friend and his co-worker up through Wrightwood/Crest. His co-worker took a turn too fast and panicked and this is what was left of his bike. Good thing he sustained no major injuries. Bike still runs.
Be careful out there everyone. Take it easy.

Man glad to know that you're still with us. What's going with the So Cal group? Did I start a chain reaction or what? It almost seems like each month one of guys in the group is dropping like flys. Good luck to you Alex.....

Man seriously, everyone seems like they're going down lately. Everyone, stay safe, please! Take it easy on everything. Dont run those turns to hard, careful with splitting (cali guys), watch your distance. Keep it safe guys!

I rolled out to Pomona today to the LA Roadster show.
Excellent show BTW, but on the way there and back I had Brian, Waleed & Alex on my mind and kept my ride even keel.
I basically cruised at 90 the whole way there and back and tipped over 100 just a couple of times to pass traffic.

These accidents are to provide proof to what most of us fear will happen. With that in mind we should all have an enjoyable ride.
