With the state budget crisis, I think all DMV offices are no longer open on Saturdays. You might want to check on that.

Wish i could join the ride this weekend. The bike is still down from the crash on the last ride on banner grade. Just got the bracket welded back together, and right now just working on fixing the fairings. Have fun on the ride.

...would like to hear it.
I may have considered the roll to SD (although it would be close to another 300+ mi trip from where we are at) but I was planning on staying local and going to the Ink 'N Iron show in Long Beach.
I'll see what's up and let you know by Friday.

Is that #6 me or a different alex?
Also whoever I roll with from l.a. Will probably have to roll back alone (if there is only 1 other person riding down to sd with me) becuase I'm going to be changing my oil at a friends house then hitting dinner in san diego before riding back up to the valley

That would be you; my friend.
I would prefer to roll way the hell back from SD with another; rather than solo. i still may just do the LBC thing.

Hey, if I do end up going, I need to take my bike back home sometime this weekend because I need to grab a car. I have finals down in SD next week and I need a car so I can bring my stuff back up. Ill let you know what happens. I take the 5 to the 57 to the 210 to get home. If I go this weekend, you got someone to roll with back to LA.

Yup I'm definitely goin' to show up on Sunday.
I just got the bike some new tires and woah what a difference in handling already. Nimble as f$*@!
If you look closely you can see that they are shaped differently. Instead of round they have a cone shape so the bike literally falls into turns and has more of a foot to stand on once it gets there.

Make sure you break them in with plenty of miles. Now you have plenty of riding to do before Sunday.
