How much is it worth?

I know a lot of people tend to hate these thread, but I am thinking about buying a 99 zx9 that was wrecked, but only has 382 original miles on it. I do know for a fact that the mileage is correct on this, however this is what the bike needs.
All of the fairings, throttle, mirror, shifter lever, front peg, front master cylinder and brake lever, headlight. This bike has been sitting inside since 99 when it was wrecked. I started it today and it sounded great, but I just would like an idea on what people would pay for this to know if I should put my time into it or just pass and look for something else to play with. Frame and forks are straight, clean title. Might also need gauge cluster, as I think the tach is damaged.

i bought a bike that needed work and it was annoying trying get it all back together. mine was crashed and there was problems that i found that he didnt tell me about. you never know what your gonna find. i mean you can either pay cheap money for the bike and put alot into or, you can save your money and buy a bike that hasnt been crashed. there could be a tiny leak in the radiator and it will only leak when the bike runs for a while and you wont see it just running for a little while. thats what happened to me. do you have a rough idea of what he wants?

Off hand I do not know what he wants but he will take care of me I am sure, I do know what kind of issues might pop up, but then again getting a bike with such low mileage is an encouragement to me too. I do really need a stator cover so I can do some good testing on this, so if anyone has one please let me know.

Yea I am gonna take another look tomorrow at it, they tried to run from the cops for all of 1 min if that and then they laid it over. A couple of the parts that actually need replacing are because someone decided to help themselves to them.

I just paid $450 for a 99 zx6 that was flipped end over end. has 3400 miles on it. starts and runs great. actually rode it for a little while (25 miles or so) needs everything though. All plastic, headlights, guages etc... just to give you an idea.
