just ordered a new header pipe from that place out in colorado that makes our stock header into a 4.2.1. and ceramic coats them. combining that with a full tune on the dyno i think will get me into the 10.40 range with some more geering, not bad for a new stock 600 streeter

Let us know if that header trips the idiot light.

http://www.schnitzracingstore.com/ca...showprevnext=1 (excellent)
http://www.soupysperformance.com/cat...00/4393129.htm ( i suggest just cutting the stock kickstand to accomodate the adjustable feature)

don't want to knock your times but how much time have you in the seat at the track?

I was running 11.32 at 120 in the 1/4 at great lakes dragaway on a F4i stock+slipon. I'm 130lbs suited.

I think you can DEFINITELY get into the 10's with those mods, even the sprocket change alone..........

first, he is a heck of a rider, from what they say(i have never met him) it has all the basic stuff, pipe, pc111,geared, lowered, home ported head, and timing module, and wide band to tune it with. check out the drag racing forum on kawiforums, his name is poofbegone. he has an 03 636 set up about the same way, running 9.40s. its sounds unbelievable, but his times have been verified by several forum members. does all the work himself, and rides the piss out of it.

this is not my bike.the mods to his 636 pretty much mirrors the mods done to his 600. but yea, both his bikes are making serious power. i have a 636 also, but nowhere near the times he has posted. there is a guy in fla, called littleman, with an 04 636 he has run a best of 9.07@156 mph. there are some fast little bike out there. but most of it has to do alot with the rider. to get these times you have to have low 1.50 to mid 1.40 60ft. times. im not that shilled of a rider yet. my best pass so far has been a 10.00@137mph with like a 1.66 60ft. hoping to improve on that tomorrow at the track.
