1990 zx10 want to trade parts so i can make this bike street legal
ok many of you have seen my post on the 1990 zx10 for sale its all new never been started or had any fluids put in it was set up for moto racing. I want to get it street legal so i will trade parts off of it to get it that way.
This is what i want to trade and what i need to get it that way.
it has FCR 37 racing flat slide carbs on it
a full muzzy exhaust straight
a billit muzzy oil pan
this is what i need
stock oil pan with lines and cooler
clutch lever and master
cdi box and fuse holder
carbs with air box
exhaust system
I know you guys know what this stuff is worth i just want to be able to ride the bike on the street and like i said everything is brand new. so please help me out if you can.

why cant you keep the flatslide carbs in it for the street?

I have zx11 and zrx parts that are compatble and may work for you. is the 1990 zx10 side or downdraft carb setup? i have both sets of cv carbs, zx11 pan with cooler and lines, and i also have a nice Vance and Hines exhaust system but i guess you are looking for stock on that too? i would be interested in your race carbs in trade for my carbs and pan cooler setup.

i have an 88 zx10 parts bike...stock carbs with two k & n filters...no air box and a brand new oil pan and maybe the oil cooler lines but i would have to check that.

they have flatslide carbs on the zx7r's. id say keep them on regardless of what it says on the carbs because they were made for racing, you'll notice a loss of performance if you go back to stock.

Ignore that for racing only stuff, all Power commanders say for racing only too, no biggie.

got alot of my parts in for the bike this week and come to find out i was going to hook up the pickup coil and there where 4 wires coming out of it and the cdi i have is stock i have a new 2 wire pickup but im missing the inside piece not sure what that is i was told that the pickup thats on there the 4 wire one was a something 3000 so can anybody help i need this and the oil cooler lines and this bike will be running for the first time. thanks for all your help and time.
