It comes with nose anti-fog protector, chin net & Shoei bag & original box and manual. The only reason Im getting rid of it is my girlfriend bought me a green one for the new track bike (another RF-1000) and I dont need this helmet for street riding I like my KBC. This helmet is very nice I believe the nicest helmet out there.
