Hey, from Michigan!
Yeah, epic thread topic.
Hi there. I'm from Michigan. N00b. I have a 2001 ZX6 <3
I need to clean up the bike a little before I put pics up. I'll get some up by the weekend, when I'm not rolling 94856896598364 things of sushi at work DX
Just wondering if there are any riders located within the Holland, Grand Haven/Grand Rapids area? Glad to be part of the forums. Hope to make some new friends 8D

Welcome! There are certainly friends here waiting to be made!
My grandmother used to live up in Wolverine, just above you. She's dead. Point is though, that I've been through your stomping grounds a few times. I think we do have a few member somewhere in MI, but don't recall who.

8D thanks for the welcome. I actually moved to Michigan from Florida. I used to go to weekly car meets and stuff like that a lot. Mingled with a few bikers here and there. Most of my friends down south all ride, so I'm not a total virgin to everything. Of course, now that I have my own ride and I live in a new place, I stick out like a really bad sore thumb D: Ya wanna talk about bein "the new kid" ;o(
Anywho, I've seen a few riders around where I live, most of them seem to live in Grand Rapids, which is like... 30 min away. Thing is, I have no idea when or if they have meets. So looks like I get to spend my upcoming weekends and random weeknights driving around to get a feel for the area.
Yay!

You might want to check out some local bike shops for the meets. A lot of those guys know. If you've got a Quaker Steak nearby, all of them have meets at least once a week. I'm sure there will be some Michiganians finding this topic to let you know what's going on. Ride safe.
