I drained the oil real quick and then took the filter off soaking the entire side of my engine and inside fairing with oil. then I put the new filter on, filled her up and carefully shot some engine cleaner inside the fairing and on the engine to clean it up.
It was a F@$#$%&^&**&^!King mess, believe me.
Thanks for the info on letting it drain for a while.
