Holy shit that's funny. You guys just got shown up by a girl.

Anyway, this seems to be an issue with a lot of bikes lately. I have heard of quite a few guys stripping out the allen head and having to drill it out, which I hope none of you have to do. 'Cause that sucks balls and opens the opportunity for more problems. My next suggestion would be to apply heat if you can. Get your bike to operating temp and give it a try, if still nothing, take the torch to it. If no torch, call a friend or a dealer. If the head is screwed then you could go to the hardware store and pick up what is called an "Easy-Out" kit and give that a shot. If that doesn't work, there is also the option of breaking out the dremel and cutting a new head on the bolt but that can be kinda risky and if it doesn't work then the next step would be to get out the drill which, as stated above, is a bitch. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Oh, and I couldn't tell you about how much a dealer would charge. Maybe someone else has some info on that.
