I'm about 5'11 - 6'0" on a good day. I sit on the bike with both feet flat. I can stand up and there is room between my crotch and the seat, but it isn't much.
Sit on a few different bike and see how they feel to you. If you're set on the ZX6R, then you'll be alright.
