I put the -1/+2 conversion on about 2 weeks ago and finally got out the past 3 day weekend for two full days of riding. My gas mileage did not seem to go down too much as I normally fill back up after riding 150 miles and I would put atleast a gallon if not more in. I filled up after 150 miles and it held just under one full gallon. Most of the riding was done on highways and lots of twisties. At cruising speed on the highway my rpms have gone up about 2000 rpms. In my opinion, the gas mileage loss is very much worth the mid range power and all around positive effect the conversion had on my bike.

As for the top end, I had my bike to just under redline in 5th gear and my speedo read 150-155, I shifted in to 6th and pinned it until my speedo read 160. I figured that my speedo is around 25mph off. (I did no mathematics, just a guess). So I was going around 135 with one full gear left. You should have no problem getting to 150 with the conversion, and it will get there quicker than stock.
