GET BETTER FRAME SLIDERS!!!! There is no way they should have sheared off or cracked after a fall from less than 10 mph. Please invest a few more bucks into a good pair. They are an important and functional upgrade for your bike. Hope you're back riding soon and your body heals quickly.
