Gas Tank Overflowing 99-6R !!!!!!HELP PLZ!!!!!!!
I have a 99 ZX6R and I can only fill the tank to about 6 inches from the top. Because of this I only have about 90km rang on the tank. If I fill more then this the gas would just flow out the tube coming off the back of the gas tank and onto the ground until the level got low enough.
I tried to stop this by hooking up a longer hose and running it over the handle bars so the level would not drain out. Now I can still only fill to the same level but if I go any higher I will drain out around the gas cap. And I am talking a decent amount of fuel coming out.
HELP!!!!! This is the only issue with the bike and it is quite a pain in the arse.
