Drunk Driving is Bogus! However lets be real, 2 beers is not drunk driving. As long as he's under the legal limit (we're not zero tolerance and I'm sure 2 beers is not over the .08 mark), then he's good to go.
On the other hand, this is perfect illustration of why not to buy a brand new bike for your first bike. I saw my first bike laying on its side atleast 3 times. Luckily I only had 1800 bucks in it. Now 4 bikes later I haven't dropped a bike in years. Everyone thinks they are a good rider (just ask and they will tell you that) but it is a fact that your skills will improve. Looking back you'll agree.
