I know that yanking the flies on '06-'07's works. I have an 08 and yanking them doesn't do much. In fact I lost 2-3 hp in a few spots as well on up top. This was done with a M-10 Muzzy and trying 3 different maps - none could match the numbers I got with the flies in. The stock 08 has about 8+/- hp over a stock 06-07 up to 6,000 rpm. then falls below the 06-07's on the top. I have since put the flies back in and just put a Yoshimura TRC system on a couple days ago. I am going to try to dyno it tomorrow or Wednesday.
