'94 ZX11 stalls when hot

I have a '94 ZX11, I just changed the plugs, the bike starts great idles well in my driveway, but when I get out on the road, it stalls and loses power when I throttle over 3200 RPM. The only way I can get home is to keep the choke on full and limp my way back. Does anyone have an idea as to what is the matter or how to fix this? I should point out that it was doing this before I changed tha plugs... that's why I changed them. Three out of the four plugs were sopping in oil and the fourth was loaded in black soot!

Cheers,
Greg
