It's common knowledge that air (and fluids) will take the least path of resistance. In essence the fan is pulling most of air from between the shroud, and the radiator, and NOT through the radiator. From what I can tell it should be an easy fix. Remove the fan. Get some thin (032) aluminum sheet. Cut a strip about 5/8" wider than the gap. Form/bend the sheet/strip in the shape/circumference of the shroud, and pop rivet it to the shroud. Oh, and it would be a very good idea to do hem fold the radiator side of the aluminum. This will keep the aluminum from cutting into the radiator. You could also make the alum strip a bit smaller, and use some soat foam weather striping on the alum that comes in contact with the radiator.

Hope this helps.
In english pls????
