Hello everyone, I didnt see an introduction forum, so I will do a quick one here. My name is Jon, and a month ago I bought a 1991 ZX-6, very nice bike with all original fairings (black/purple). It had been laid down, but nothing cosmetic was broken.
Now my questions are; does my bike have a fuel pump? My friend said it should, because of it's high red line. And 2, it seems that I do not have 2nd gear. Is this a common issue with my year bike? Maybe a bent 2nd gear fork? You shift into 2nd, but if you give it any throttle, it pops out of gear.
I appreciate your guys' help, and I will provide as much info as possible
