I sold my 1990 ZX11 and got a 2001 ZX12. I loved the 11 but the 12 smokes it. It rides much 'sportier' for lack of a better word. The 11 felt big and road like a straightliner. The 12 turns very well for a big bike. Also the 12 stops! Once I got the 11 rolling you had better stay out of the way, cuz this freight train aint stopping on a dime. My only bitch is that I overpaid for the 12 (no big surprise). I traded the 11 plus $3800 for the 12.
