A car kit would normally work, hopefully you have the same bulb for both the low and high beam. The only nice thing about kits made specifically for motorcycles is the fact that the ballasts are must thinner and easier to mount. Car ballasts usually have quite a bit of weight to them and are generally twice as big. I have a kit off of ebay for my bike that was 120 shipped, came with two slim ballasts (about .5 thick) and took about 20 minutes to install.
