I rode my Fazer down 280 miles Sat morning, got really lucky with weather, and then I was soon onto the GTR for 70 miles lovely riding round the back roads of N. Devon before retiring to a B&B to get ready for the long run back.
Sunday, set off in snow - bloody freezing!, but the GTR was terrific. A quick blast up the motorways 280 miles back without a hiccup and how much easier a ride than the Fazer. The Fazer is a great bike, but the GTR is awesome at eating up the miles.
Huge grin all the way back, apart from my new Oxford grips gave out, but by then the snow had stopped so no problem.
Cleaned all the road salt off and relunctantly put it away in the garage, but I can't wait to get out again!
