Gearing for wheelies - need help please

Ive had my bike for a while - 1995 zx9r - and the thing is a boat compared to newer bikes. Stock geearing is 530 44t rear and 16t front. When I bought the bike it had a 520 conversion with a 44t rear and 15t front. The thing would not power wheelie in 2nd gear which sucked. I dont really like to clutch wheelies so i bought a 13t front and i can power wheelie in 2nd gear when i hit 7000rpm. But im starting to not like it anymore becuase its constantly at high rpm which is no good for the trips im going to take this summer. I was wondering if anyone had any advice about what size sprockets i should get. I was thinking of getting a 14t front because i hated 15t and liked 13t. Any suggestions. 520 vs 530 make any significant difference for wheelies?
