The clutch seems almost like when pulled in the movement is one solid motion and Im not feeling the catch point? This is the same way when I leave from a stop I can get it moving but i have to let the all the way out before movement of the bike. This bike has never been rode since I made the purchase about a month and a half ago and im dieing to get out and ride( bought the bike for 700 bucks). Runs fine but I either thinking the gear box is shot or there is another adjustment to the clutch that I need to make to properly engage the clutch. Any help would be hugely appreciate.

That sounds far from a "successful" clutch installation. Plus, it is hard to diagnose a machine without actually getting my hands on it. Your best bet is to get a hold of a bike tech in your area. Call your local dealership or shop and try to describe the problem to them, they may or may not be able to give you a general idea of what's wrong and how to fix it, or they may ask you to bring it in. If that is the case, you better bring your wallet with you...
How far can you bring the clutch in before it engages??? If it engages early, say after 2 inches of draw, you need to loosen you cables, I like mine to be fully engaged by about 3/4 of the way in, but that is up to you...
