IMHO...
Leave the stunts and the excessive speed for the track. I run hot a lot, especially at night. And I would lie if I said I haven't popped it up a couple times... but we get enough crap just looking fast. Whenever someone in my family sees a guy wheelie on the freeway, I always get chewed out cause I'm "one of them!"
Private land, private road, track, in the middle of BFE... OK! But try not to get yourself killed where everyone can see you.
Here's a video I thought was kind of funny. There are many many more I'm sure you've all seen of some guy eating it. Oh, and if you ever pull a wheelie with your woman on the back, you're gay. Don't even think about it.
