No, they are not all the same. There are different styles, colors, materials, "cut", "no cut", you could go with racerailz or a cage, replaceable pucks, etc. It's all about personal preference. And there are tons of places to get them. You could go to your local shop and see what they've got or you could google it. Online, I've used motomummy.com, 58cycle.com, 1tail.com, kneedraggers.com and a few others...all with good experiences.
