My first post so sorry if this is in the wrong section : )
I've been trying to find some kevlar lined jeans/combat trousers but I don't like any styles ive seen.
I was thinking about sewing some kevlar fabric into my jeans and combats. My only problem is I have no idea of what to look for in "quality" kevlar. I've had a quick look on the web and found this source:

My first impressions is that it might be a little thin. My neighbour is a seamstress and I was going to ask her to sew the fabric in for me using Kevlar Thread.
Does anybody have any advice/places where I might be able to purchase some quality kevlar from (i'm from the UK)
